DESCRIPTION:

GT Products GT-5604 Antifoam is a highly efficient and stable silicone emulsion antifoam agent. It is supplied in an emulsion form and is designed for use in a variety of aqueous systems.

APPLICATION:

Because of the high defoaming efficiency of GT Products GT-5604 Antifoam, most systems require only 10 to 150 parts of defoamer per million parts of foaming system. A good starting point is to add about 100 parts of GT Products GT-5604 Antifoam (as supplied) per million parts of foaming system. The level of foam control obtained at this concentration will determine whether to increase or decrease the concentration.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

GT Products GT-5604 Antifoam should be stored above 40°C to insure optimum performance. As with all water based antifoam emulsions, it should be protected from freezing.
